I understand that the copy activity in your ADF pipeline is in queue state for a long period of time until it gets timed out.
- Could you please check the availability of integration runtime and make sure it's in online state.
- Additionally, kindly try increasing DIU in copy activity settings and see if it helps.
- Could you please confirm if there is any concurrent jobs running simultaneously?
- Also, kindly share the region in which your ADF is provisioned to see if there is any outage going on in that region.
