Azure AI Vision Studio just refreshes

I am trying to follow this exercise https://microsoftlearning.github.io/mslearn-ai-vision/Instructions/Exercises/02-image-classification.html. But when I go to Azure AI Vision Studio: https://portal.vision.cognitive.azure.com/. The page just refreshes/reloads indefinitely.
When I open in private mode on firefox, the issue persists after logging-in. On Chrome, the page is refreshing but the "Select a resource to work with" (Azure AI Service) remains on 0%.
