    Hi SURACHAI SANTIPHAP,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    1. Exceeding Quota or Spending Limits: Even if your actual cost is $78.07, Azure for Students subscriptions typically have spending limits, and once these limits are reached, services like the SQL Server might get disabled. The Azure for Students plan provides credits (ex., $100 for 12 months), and if these credits are exhausted or you're close to the limit, Azure could pause your services.
    2. Account Suspension Due to Payment or Credit Card Issues: If there's an issue with your payment method or credit card associated with the Azure account, your services may be temporarily disabled.

For better response and resolution you can reach out azure billing and subscription management team by creating a billing support request. Billing support request via Azure portal is free for all Azure customers and doesn't require a paid support plan. Please select 'Billing' under 'issue type' while creating the support request.
