Does 'getMailboxUsageStorage' (https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/graph/api/reportroot-getmailboxusagestorage?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http) report contains storage data for user mailbox, group mailbox and public folders as well or user mailbox? what is considers? if not they do we have other apis for public folders?

No, it does not. It only covers user and shared mailboxes. For the rest, you have to build your own report based on the available PowerShell cmdlets.
