Our engineering team has resolved the issue. Please try accessing https://aka.ms/managemfaforazure within your tenant and check if you can now select the "Postpone Enforcement" option. I checked in my test tenant, and I am able to makes changes now.
If you are still encountering the issue, you can try the following workaround:
- Open a browser and navigate to https://aka.ms/postponemfa-tempfix.
- Once the page loads, go to https://aka.ms/managemfaforazure, and the "Postpone" button should now be available.
