We are trying to apply for postponement of the 10/15/2024 MFA enforcement per the published instructions in the Microsoft blogs and bulletins. After elevating a global admin account per the instructions (https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/role-based-access-control/elevate-access-global-admin?tabs=azure-portal#perform-steps-at-root-scope), I then access the request page (https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Resources/MfaSettings.ReactView) where I see all the instructions, the status says MFA is not enforced and it is due to be enforced 10/15/2024. The button at the bottom of the page to Postpone enforcement is greyed out every time I try this, no matter which browser, which tenant, which account I try. I was able to do this without issue on Monday 9/30, but since Tuesday 10/1, the button has been greyed. Is there some kind of cutoff we're not being told about?

    Hello @Lynne Caputi,

Thank you for understanding and patience.

Our engineering team has resolved the issue. Please try accessing https://aka.ms/managemfaforazure within your tenant and check if you can now select the "Postpone Enforcement" option. I checked in my test tenant, and I am able to makes changes now.

If you are still encountering the issue, you can try the following workaround:

    1. Open a browser and navigate to https://aka.ms/postponemfa-tempfix.
    2. Once the page loads, go to https://aka.ms/managemfaforazure, and the "Postpone" button should now be available.

I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
