Content Filter Trigger in DALL·E 3 Image Generation: Unexpected Prompt Revision Issue

I'm using Dalle 3 from the Azure open AI service for image generation.
For the prompt "teacher telling stories to students"
I'm getting "Failed to generate image: This request has been blocked by our content filters. | Apim-request-id: c56fef96-cfde-42b4-95ed-954128eb5212 Trace ID : 632c97e6-bd72-4a5b-af1c-6dc5030aab65" error.
I checked the logs it seems it revising the prompt

I need help in understanding what's happening in the background.

I understand that you are facing issues with DALL·E 3 while using the prompt "teacher telling stories to students."

However, it is working fine on my side with the same prompt.

To resolve this issue, could you please recheck the deployment section and confirm whether DALL·E 3 is set as the default model? It may be set to DALL·E 2 (system) by default. If you continue to experience the same issue after this check, I recommend deleting the current deployment and redeploying the DALL·E 3 model.
