My old phone broke, so I do not have access to it. I can't get MS Authenticator to work on my new phone. What do I do?

Hi - I've been trying to access my 365 account security to setup my authenticator, since my phone was replaced last week by Apple. When I login, I keep getting "Too Many Attempts" error. This has been going on for about a week now. Please help!

Are you admin or end user?

For end user contact your Office 365 admin. (i.e. you may contact the person who gave you your Microsoft 365 user account and password for further assistance).

If you are an admin may contact phone support and ask them escalate the issue to data

protection team. While phone call, press "1" as a business email user and press "1" again as technical support. You also need to provide your subscription purchased information such as company name, billing information, phone number etc. See: https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide#phone-support
