Hello everyone

I'm sorry if it's hard to understand as English is not my native language.

I am currently using Teams Phone on a Yealink phone(MP58-WH), but since September I have been unable to sign in.

The error details are as follows.

"this device isn't enrolled in device administrator. contact your admin"

I tried the following, but the result remained the same.

・Sign in to the Microsoft Intune admin center.

・Go to Devices > **Enrollment.

・Select the Android tab.

・Under Android device administrator, choose Personal and corporate-owned devices with device administration privileges.

・Select the checkmark next to Use device administrator to manage devices.

I also turned off "Microsoft Intune A Direct" in the Teams Admin Center , but the error still remained.

How should I deal with this error?

I asked about it on the Microsoft Community and was recommended to listen to it on this website, so I wrote it.

The opinions we received are as follows.

" this error is usually solved by enabling the "Use device administrator to manage devices." option Manage Intune devices with Android device administrator | Microsoft Learn. In your case, since you have already done this I'd recommend posting in the Microsoft Intune - Microsoft Q&A forum for this team to check on your configuration or set up."

Thank you for your support.

@IGS1944 Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For this issue, it is suggested to check if this device is enrolled successfully in intune. Please check if this android device exists in intune portal and "Manged by" shows intune.
