Hello! I recently lost access to the device where I had Microsoft Authenticator installed and configured for my personal account, with a new device in hand, I tried to configure this account again on this new device, which resulted in the problems, I can no longer access this account, not even via web (PC, notebook...), nor via the app. In general, the steps I follow are: *** Email address has been removed for privacy purposes *** • enter the password and the message "enter the code provided in the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device" will appear. • I choose the option "I'm having problems, sign in another way" since I don't have access to the cell phone that had the application open previously. • and here are two options that also point to the Authenticator app: "1. Approve a request in my Microsoft Authenticator app" "2. Use a verification code". The problem is that I don't have these codes saved, nor do I have access to the cell phone that opened the account on the app. In short, I need help to regain access to this account, since all my academic work and texts are located there. I have already followed the procedures described in some forums, but none with any real effect.
