Need to install the supplimental tests for DXVA tests for HLK testing

Trying to download from this location to install for my HLK controller on Windows 2022 Server for Windows 24H2 test machine. Cannot seem to find the files to download for HCK 2 packages anyone, does anyone know new location for these.
