I am unable to take my SC 300 exam because the exam simulation did not launch when my scheduled start time arrived

1. completed a system test before the exam, and it passed.
2. When it was time to take the SC 300 exam, I attempted to launch the simulation.
3. The simulation did not launch at my scheduled start time.
4. I tried to launch it repeatedly—at least 10 times—but was unsuccessful.
5. As a result, I was unable to take the exam.

Despite passing the system test beforehand, I encountered multiple issues with the exam simulation not launching at my scheduled time, despite numerous attempts.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in rescheduling my exam at your earliest convenience.
