Experiencing an issue with windows 11 where the taskbar icons will seize and the time will freeze.
It is the same issue as this one:
Across several messages boards on the internet, there are many people with this same issue.
I am aware that restarting windows explorer 'fixes' it, but this isn't a permanent fix.
Are there any actual fixes to this problem? Is it being addressed in a future update?
