Can't Setup free Microsoft 365 E5 developer Subscription. The service might be unavailable.

I've been trying to Setup free Microsoft 365 E5 developer Subscription but I've been getting for more than one week. "The service might be unavailable".
When I tried to create it using a domain for example "xyz" "username@xyz .onmicrosoft.com" it failed.
Although it failed, when I tried again with the same domain "xyz", it gave "domain name has taken"
I would appreciate you help.

    According to the error information , it seems you are trying to request for the subscription at a busy time, and the domain name you try to use has been taken before. I will suggest you to get a new name for your domain and try again at another time.
