Hi,

I have some cloud virtual Windows 11 23H2 machines that I want to upgrade to 24H2 using SCCM. However, when I deployed the 24H2 feature update through SCCM, the deployment status shows "compliant," but in reality, it's not appearing in the Software Center, and the machines are not upgrading to 24H2. I also tried using Intune with a feature update policy, but nothing happened. I checked the SCCM logs as well but didn’t find anything significant. Please help me fix this.

    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

1,The compliant in deployment has two meanings:

a,The update is required for the clients and installed successfully.

b,The update is not required for the clients, your description is more like this.

Please check if the feature update is required by these machines. And then click the tab of 'view required', we will check which clients need the update.

2,We can run below actions on client side to have a try:

Machine Policy Retrieval & Evaluation Cycle

    Software Updates Deployment Evaluation Cycle

    Software Updates Scan Cycle

    Best regards,

    Simon
