How to give permission of Read & write to Consumption Logic App on Azure Storage Account, After disabling public Access?

Based on the shared information I understand that you want to connect to Azure storage account which has disabled public Access from a consumption-based logic apps.

If yes, to achieve your requirement you need to set the networking configuration of storage to select virtual networks & Ip address instead of disabling the public access.

• If your storage account and Logic app are in same region you are connect to access them using the system-assigned Identity.
• If both resources are in different regions, then you need whitelist the outbound Ip of logic app in storage account of that specific region.

Also, if you want to access the storage account instead of using built-in storage trigger then you can use the rest api of storage account as described in this blog post.
