Hi，

I have SFB 2015 Server, and I want to export a user's IM history, e.g. at 10/1/2020. How to do it?

    Conversation history is saved in the conversation history folder of outlook client when the environment is integration with SFB and Exchange.

    If you have deployed an archiving server in Skype for business, the conversation history will be saved in the LCSLog database.

    You can export Skype for Business conversation history as the following methods:

    1. In Exchange Server side, execute New-MailboxExportRequest command to export the conversation history.
    2. In Skype for Business server side, execute Export-CsArchivingData command to export the conversation history.
