asdk won't start

I have had asdk deployed for some time now and numerous times
closed it down and restarted it the correct Microsoft Learn way
but today "Yes that's right Christmas day" it doesn't start properly only the
azs-SRNG01 ERCS01 and DC01 are running and i have tried test-azurestack

and Get-ActionStatus Start-AzureStack

but its sticking on the launching azsinfraperformance

    In most cases, these failures are not recoverable and you will need to reinstall your ASDK.

    To try and recover what you can, I would Stop the ASDK (if possible), reboot the host machine, and then let the ASDK bring itself back up. Give the asdk time to come back up, and try running test-azurestack again.

    You can test to see if the startup action is working as expected using the 'Get-ActionStatus Start-AzureStack' cmd. If this does not bring back your ASDK, your best option is to reinstall using the most recent version (2008)
