Hello Q&A,

I have created a MS Learn account using my university e-mail account, which I use as a personal e-mail account. I have completed 2 MS credentials since then and would like to associate them to my company's Partner account through MS Partner Center.

I have followed the instructions from this page (https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/partner-center/membership/ms-learn-associate) and logged in with my work account. When I select "Link Microsoft Learn account" and type in my MS Learn e-mail address in the sign-in screen, I get an error saying : "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one."

Has anyone else encountered this issue and knows how to solve it ?
Thanks in advance,
