In our company, someone has deleted the data and it will be retrieved through OneDrive. I want to recover the data in a folder dedicated to deleted files so that I can separate the data that was deleted and that is present in the device.

Using OneDrive Recycle Bin or Second-stage Recycle bin, the file or folder will be restored to its original folder.
You need extra works to find out files that have been deleted, move them to the specific folders.
