I have successfully deployed a gpt3.5 model as a webapp using Azure Ai Studio. However when I try to deploy a vision model (gpt-4 (version:turbo-2024-04-09)), I get the error:
"Deploy to web app is not supported for this model version, please select a non-vision deployment."
I know it must be possible, but why am I getting that error? Is it because I'm on a student subscription?

Certain versions of GPT models, particularly vision-based or multimodal models like GPT-4 Turbo, may not support web app deployment in specific regions or configurations. These models require more advanced infrastructure, which may not be available across all Azure services or regions.
Additionally, your student subscription might limit access to some features, which could be causing the problem. To resolve this, you can try upgrading to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription.

I don't know if you'll be able to help, but in terms of deploying GPT-4, your answer seems to suggest it may not be available in regions or configurations, yet going through deployment resources, it seems like it's impossible to tell how I could deploy this model successfully. How can I find out accurate information about this?
