How to access Azure without an existing external user?

I understand that you are trying to access Azure without an existing external user.

You converted external user into internal user, there we have a User Principal Name which consists of domain name, try to login with UPN, which includes their username and domain (e.g., username@domain.com). Once logged in, you should be able to access your account

Existing email address and different email address tested. Unfortunately, both methods fail.

The only external user in your account is converted into internal user, and you cannot access your account.
