Microsoft Graph Explorer - Intune MS Store Apps

I have been building Webex via MS Store (new) for months now when setting up Intune tenants for clients. It has been awesome. At some point in the last few months, I started getting the ol' "The selected app does not have a valid latest package version." <insert sad face emoji>

I tried using WinGet and that was not working 100% of the time. I found an article that walks you through using the Graph Explorer in POST and beta and an xml file. This worked great for Adobe Reader and Zoom Workplace. Adobe Reader was able to be deployed in the system context, but Zoom required the app to be deployed in the user context. When I tried Webex, it would install as system and show successful, but install here: "C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Programs\Cisco Spark"

Nothing in the Start Menu so end users would be a bit confused.

I changed the xml to use a User context and while the app installs correctly, it gets reported as Not Installed.

I was contemplating just pushing the system version and then adding a shortcut to the All Users desktop to run it. I would rather push it as a user app and have the shortcut be controlled by them.

Thoughts? Why is this app being a jerk?

@Matt Dillon Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For adding a shortcut of an app, it is suggested to refer to the following link to make it.

    https://hudson.tel/post/creating-desktop-shortcuts-for-apps-deployed-with-intune/

Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

For this issue that Webex not in the Start Menu, it seems the behavior of this app itself.

What I know is limited, let's wait someone else can share more information.

    Thanks for your understanding.
