We are having trouble passing Employment Verification. It fails and clicking on "Fix Now" button, then we upload the required Documents, and then reject our request

For your scenario, please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Select Developer, Student and Startup Programs -> Dev Center-> Account Management in the support page. You could talk to the store team directly and confirm this behavior. The store team could check the status of your account in the back end.
