0x87D30067 Error unzipping files when installing a package created for Intune.

I have repackage this application what seems like a billion times, but continue to receive 0x87D30067 error unzipping files. I have repeatedly checked the IMECache and see that it is writing the files to it the way it should. It doesn't run the .bat installation file I have as the setup file. Outside of Intune the .bat file runs flawlessly with no errors; it installs everything and runs all the commands I have put in. But whenever the package is made and uploaded to Intune, it just fails after like 15 minutes with the error above. I have once or twice tried to retry the installation but get either the same error or an error indicating the detection rules are the problem, but I have tested extensively on that and found my detection rules are solid. What can the issue be? I have spent weeks trying to figure this out.

If anyone is wondering I am packaging the Oracle Client 19c installation with one prerequisite and two .bat files.

    @cameron graham, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the error "0x87D30067 error unzipping files.", after researching, I find someone get this when the file name is long or include some specific character. You can change the folder name to a simpler and shorter one to try.

    For detection rule, it is used to detect if the application is installed. Please check if the registry key or file exists on these affected devices. Try to change other one to see if it can work.
