i am able to access a resource on my azure portal cosmosdb read permission but in my application when aad token is getting created locally through my code it says i dont haveread permission for cosmos db i have chevcked my cuurent subscription locally it is correct

Could you please confirm did you register your application in Entra ID and assigned required permission to access the application.
The access token you are getting to access the application has appropriate scope or role to access the cosmo DB.
