Inquiry Regarding Account Association and Certification Sponsorship Request

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Natanael Emir Ferrán, and I am reaching out to seek clarification regarding an offer I recently received from a recruiting agency named "Abstra".

The recruiter from Abstra contacted me about a potential opportunity and offered to sponsor my next Azure certification exam. They proposed creating a corporate email for me under the domain @pomerolgroup.com and requested that I associate my personal Microsoft Partner Center account and Azure certifications with this new corporate email. Additionally, they asked for a screenshot to confirm the association of my certifications with the Pomerol Group email account.

However, I would like to mention that I have not received a specific job offer. The proposal is rather to have me prepared for potential future vacancies with their clients.

While the sponsorship for certification is appealing, I am concerned about the implications of associating my personal Azure certifications with an external corporate account without a concrete job offer. Could you please advise if associating my personal credentials with an organization’s account is a legitimate and recommended practice under these circumstances? Also, are there any risks or policy considerations I should be aware of in allowing such access?
