I need support to cancel my lab tenancy when I've been locked out and cant recover

It's time to admit my shame.

I took a calculated risk.......and i locked myself out of my lab tenancy.

What about your break glass account? ..........I didn't have one

Now eve established I've ballsed up, lets move on

I tried to call MS support , the agent was kind of the helpful, the long and the short of it, is i spent many hours trying to get through, I'm no further forward.

I have screenshots of MS bill and I'm the bill payer, i can prove the money being taken is from me.

I'm looking for support now to either somehow get the tenancy unlocked , but if thats not possible to work with MS to cancel it from there side

I dont really want to go through my bank as i would quite like to get another one setup, but if i cant get help then I'll have to otherwise ill be paying monthly for something i cant use
