could not create azure functions

When I clickon create button on Functions App page. the page does not return anything. I just see the dots moving at the top of the page. after few mins, it errors out.

    Try the following steps:

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies
    • Try a different browser
    • Use an incognito/private window
    • Verify your Azure subscription status. If you have has sufficient permissions
