See:
I cannot scale my icons in taskbar
I saw many people demand the same thing as me in many forums. Just want to scale my taskbar icons. Microsoft forced its users to migrate to Windows 11, but while using Windows 10 every customization was achievable without modding operating system, now it's a nightmare.
Waiting for update for this, kindly...

Windows 11 does have a different approach to customization compared to Windows 10, but let’s see how we can make it work for you.
How to Scale Taskbar Icons in Windows 11
Method 1: Using Registry Editor
Open Registry Editor:
• Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
• Type regedit and press Enter.
Navigate to the Path:
• Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced.
Create a New DWORD:
• Right-click in the right pane, select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value.
• Name this value TaskbarSi.
Set the Value:
• Double-click TaskbarSi and set its value to:
• 0 for small icons
• 1 for medium icons (default)
• 2 for large icons
Restart Explorer:
• Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc).
• Find Windows Explorer in the list, right-click it, and select Restart.
Method 2: Display Scaling
Open Display Settings:
• Right-click on the desktop and select Display settings.
Adjust Scale:
• In the Scale and layout section, choose a scaling option. The default is 100%, but you can increase it to make everything, including taskbar icons, larger.
Best regards
