about WHQL compatibility

I have already got WHQL on Win10 1909，will it work on Win10 2H02, or I have to submit it on Win10 2H02 again?

    In general, yes the driver should work. Couple things to note: F0r the CPL (Certified Product List) the device would be listed only as being certified for the OS which it was WHQL'd on.
