macOS Legacy Outlook only allows SHA-1 and SHA-256 to be selected as options for the signing algorithm using S/MIME

I'm using S/MIME with Legacy Outlook for Mac, and I'm unable to select either SHA-384 or SHA-512. Those two options are greyed out. Is there a way to fix this? All possible encryption options remain available. I've tested this with different certificates.
