Hi ,
I am a dedicated employee of a reputed organization wherein my colleagues & other employees use different email applications like Gmail, Outlook.com, Hotmail etc. for accessing & saving their emails . Since due to Covid Situation, everyone started working from home , our work is getting mismanaged . Now that we are moving to normal, we urgently require a solution that can backup almost from any web server & move data to our company domain i.e employee1@companydomain.com

Sorry, I haven't tried them. From the description of all these softwares, maybe you can first try SysTools Email Backup or Handy Backup.
