Azure site-to-site vpn with windows remote and routing services

I have a VM in my home desktop , server 2016 (vmware guest OS) , and which is behind a wireless router , and of coz with dynamic public IP .

And tutorial , so that I can build site-to-site vpn azure in this situation ?

    The definition of the "local public connection point" of a Site-To-Site connection is in the Local Network Gateway configuration.

    There you can define an IP or a FQDN. You have to make sure with a "Dynamic DNS Service" the FQDN could be resolved to the dynamic IP.
