Registering Azure Stack SDK 1.200

I am trying to register ASDK. I start the script, when it prompts me for my Microsoft email then moves to password
but the screen to log in the password is totally blank. it doesn't display a field/box to enter password.

I do this on the host asdk machine. I tried to do this on my laptop and it goes through it all but fails on trying to connect to privileged endpoint. thanks for any help!

    Unfortunately this is not the first time I have encountered this issue, but we were unable to follow up with the issue.

    A reinstall would likely resolve this issue, but first lets try some PS / Windows level troubleshooting as reinstalling the ASDK is quite a task.

    First, try to resinstall the PS modules for Az (removing the old ones first), and turn down your IE security settings as well (PS uses IE for the login, and this can be blocked by security).
