I In stalled Azure AD Connect about a month ago for 365 and for some single sign on. Then I found out that I need LDAP. I have LDAP on my ON prem ad but I moving to a Cloud based model so I need AADDS for Azure LDAP. I created AADDS It looks to be running with no errors. I completed the post tasks that I asked but, I cant get to the remote administrator capabilities. I am a global administrator so I have the rights.
When I try to access AD users and computers I get - The Domain incarnateword.org could not be found because the server is not operational.
When I try to access DNS I Get - The server is unavailable

    @TimMoudry-6809
    Sorry for such a late response on this post.

    However, I just wanted to check in and see if you were able to resolve this issue? Based off your error message "The domain incarnateword.org could not be found because the server is not operational." I was able to find a doc, which I'll post below, that provides an RCA and resolution for this type of error message.

    The server is not operational

    As you stated, "I created AADDS It looks to be running with no errors"; if AADDS is working as expected and this is more of an on-prem/Wndows specific issue, please feel free to reach out to our Windows Forums for additional assistance.

    Please let me know if you have any other questions.
    Thank you for your time and patience throughout this issue.
