After installing the Remote tools for Visual Studio 2015 Update 3 (KB4567703), what will be the version number that reflects on Visual Studio 2015.
Is it going to be 14.0.274542.0 as mentioned on the below link

Or same version number 14.0.25431.0 when update 3 was installed.

Finally got the information that I'm looking for. What @Cheong00 is said is correct, after "Remote tools for Visual Studio 2015 Update 3", it will just show 'Version 14.0.25431.01 Update 3' when you check within the IDE.
For exact confirmation of version number you can check for the file "DiagnosticsHub.StandardCollector.Runtime.dll" in the location C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Team Tools\DiagnosticsHub\Collector and right click on properties. It will show the version number

My VS2015 installation has latest patch installed, and the version number displayed is 14.0.25431.01 Update 3.
If you try install "Remote tools for Visual Studio 2015 Update 3" after updated to latest, it will not "update" the IDE that is already is later versions and will just update whatever components in older versions instead.

Check the following key value:

You can also run your Remote Debugger application from start menu and click on “Help” option to check the installed version of Visual Studio Remote Debugger. Please refer to my screenshot below:
