Wrong translations for a president name

Hi,
We have an application or website that has multilanguage feature. The original contents are written in Bahasa Indonesia then translated into multiple languages using Microsoft Azure Translator API. We know that there are some inaccuracies in translation results and we have no problem with it.
Recently, we have an issue when translating article title that contains a president name "Jokwi" but miss translated into "Donld Trmp". Jokwi shouldn't be translated into Donld Trmp because it's a person name (president name) instead of words.
After we try to re-translate it, the translation results is correct.
Any explanation about this issue?
