Error setting up Form Recognizer

I just signed up for a Free Trial subscription to Azure, and I'm trying to test out the Form Recognizer. However, whenever I go to Form Recognizer in Azure, I get this error:

Could not create Form Recognizer

Something went wrong while creating Form Recognizer.

There's no further information. I've tried logging out and logging back in and clearing browser caches, but it doesn't feel like the problem is client side. Azure recognizes the Trial subscription (marked as active, with the full free credit available).

Is there something else I need to configure in my account before this is available?

    Hi, you should be able to use your free trial (up to 12months) to create a form recognizer resource. Can you please share your resource region so I can verify whether its an issue with your region?
