    Hi,

    1. Does the C:\ drive show in "Quick access", it seems only G:\ drive show in it?
    2. Please open CMD as administrator, run command "DISKPART", then run "list disk", "list volume", provide the screenshot of the command.
    3. Please open Disk manager, then provide the screenshot of the disks in disk manager for us.
    4. Please run an anti-virus scan, check if the system is clean.

    Thanks for your time!
    Best Regards,
    Anne
