Microsoft Office Online Add-In Store - no store items appear

I have several students attempting to add the Jasperactive Add-In for Microsoft Office Online. When they select the Add-In button and then the store button, the top of the dialog box remains the same, but no store items appear. Four using Chrome, one Edge. All laptops - no chrome books.
