I became certified in four different Microsoft applications when i was in school (word, powerpoint, excel, onenote) and i am unable to access these certifications because when i try to log in and download them, it says my microsoft account does not exist and to either enter a new one, or to create one. I would love to add these certificates to my portfolio, can someone please help me access them?
