cannot type in Word

Cannot type on the body of the document. I can use the space key but not the letters. I can do everything normal on other programs.

Do I need to see if I need to renew Microsoft 365

    Is this Word for Windows or some other version?

    Are you saying that Excel and the other Office programs are working fine?
