Apps with dependencies delay in software centre

Greetings,
When we do an OS build, software centre is populated reasonably quickly after the build finishes. Expect for one application. One application takes a whole day before it appears in software centre. The only difference with this app compared to all the others is that this delayed app has a dependency. And that dependency has a dependency. Why do apps with dependencies take longer to appear in software centre and is there anything we can do to speed it up?
Thanks
David Z

It is recommended that you may adjust the "Time based on" to Client Local time in the application deployment, and then check whether the time on your client is the same as the available time here. Like below screenshot:

    Thanks.
The 'time based on' field is set to the same value as all the other applications which appear soon after install.

Based on the lab testing, we tested the deployment of an application with dependency that had a dependency to the clients, and it soon appeared in the Software Center.
May I ask whether this phenomenon occurs on one client or multiple clients after the deployment is completed?
In order to get more detailed information to solve the problem, we may check PolicyAgent.log, AppDiscory.log and AppIntentEval.log to see the specific process of client receiving policy.
