What do I do to retrieve the recording of my meeting that expires already? I really need help I need those recording for making my minutes of the meeting.. :(

Hi,
If meeting was recorded previously but that video expired or deleted, you can use eDiscovery cases in the Security & Compliance Center to find the expired/deleted video.
A prerequisite for them to view all recordings is that they will need to be set up in Microsoft Stream with admin access. You may check Compliance and eDiscovery for meeting recordings.
