We have MECM 2010 + KB4594177

On new installed client i don't see deployed application.
I try reset policy , reinstall client, reinstall computer.

What i find is in policy spy i see boolean UserUIExperience = True but when i drill to WMI there is UserUIExperience = False.

This is some bug or what ?

Last change what we do is install update to 2010, install IBCM, insall KB4594177.
I don't know when it start, cause old client look OK to time when i reset policy from this point even old computers have same issue.

    Hi @Belan Marek ,

    When you deployed the application, did you choose "Display in Software Center and show all notifications" option?

    What about AppDiscovery.log file?

    Regards,

    @Belan Marek
    This looks like an old issue. The Product Team is also actively working on research in order to solve this issue as soon as possible.
    As explained in the Premier Support Call in the article you provided, the issue occurs by clients with "high" performance. The Deployments are downloaded correctly by the Client. After that, there is a Scheduler with pushes notifications to the Software Center or triggers the deployment. On high-performance clients, the Scheduler is too fast and Software Center does not recognize new notifications. So it will cause the deployed applications to not be displayed in the Software Center.

    Now i discover strange behavior :

    I trying install 1803 to test if this is 1909 problem.
    I have 3 steps from OS
    set OSD variables

    $tsenv = New-Object -COMObject Microsoft.SMS.TSEnvironment
    $tsenv.Value("OSDAdminClean") = "NO"
    $tsenv.Value("OSDComputerName") = $tsenv.value("_SMSTSMachineName")
    $tsenv.Value("OSDInstaller")=((Get-WMIObject -query "SELECT * FROM win32_Process WHERE Name ='explorer.exe'" | Foreach {  $owner = $_.GetOwner();  $_ | Add-Member -MemberType "Noteproperty" -name "Owner" -value $("{1}" -f $owner.Domain, $owner.User) -passthru }).Owner).ToUpper()
    $tsenv.value("start") = Get-Date -Format "HH:mm:ss"

    reboot to WinPE - v 10.0.18362.1
    and sync time

    cmd.exe /c net use \\dc\ipc$ /user:dc\user password | net time \\dc /set /y

    Last step failed(i dont set continue on error it return 2) and TS stop.

    From this time after restart i see ALL APP WTF ???????????????????????????????

    EDIT:
    Just reboot to WinPE repair something and i see all apps.
