    Hello @Nikhil Lotia - Thanks for reaching out.

    You should be able to find the "Monitoring" service in the portal. Select Networking > Create connection monitor. This should guide you through creating some of those metrics you're looking for.

    Before NPM used to do what you're looking for and here is the doc for that:
