Software to replicate job board?

Company currently has 40-50 new construction/renovation jobs open consistently with roughly 35 plumbers. Use a white board with jobs listed on the left column and M-F on the top row. Every plumber has a tile with their name on it that my boss moves daily before they arrive to schedule what needs to get done that day. Not every job is visited every day. We print emails and write notes to post to board. Is there a software to replicate this and put on a TV or touch screen? Not looking for progress tracking, but for day to day scheduling that saves the employees and jobs. Most employees don't have a company email

Your “useful” answer just pushed me to another website to waste my time. Their guidelines for asking questions is asinine. I hope you don’t recommend that to anyone else
