Dear all.
Have a good day.
I am having 1 problem as follows. Our computer, after domain join is completed, when setting up the IP address of the HP printer through HP universal PCL 6 is very slow, as soon as the IP address is entered, the machine hangs, must be around 15- It takes 30 minutes to find the IP address, although the IP address this printer is pinged is OK.We manually assigned IP also suffered a similar situation. After finding the printer's IP address, the driver installation progress also takes a lot of time, having the computer installed for up to 2 hours to complete.Previously, each HP printer only installed about 2 minutes to complete. This error occurs only after the computer joined the domain, we are suspecting that the GPO was causing the above error, but we don't know which item it is in this. Please help me, thank you very much!

    Hi,

You can run "gpresult /h c:\gpo.html" to export the GPO report and check the configured GPO.

And are the printer and the computer in the same subnet?

    Thanks,

    Eleven

    Thanks.
