Thanks for your response , This is helpful.
But I also want this background color change in my New form not only in the view .

There are two levels of users, they have to identify their respective fields in this form. (Highlighting the fields in different colors)

For modern experience, as far as I know, it's hard to modify the form.
For classic experience form, we could still use CSR.CSR can change both view and list form.
