Windows Server Backup Restore Destination Volume Selection--Limited

Hello, i need to know why i can only see a particular volume on Windows Server 2012 R2 ie (new Volume D:) and not get an additional option for my C:?

When selecting a Local disk (C:) Volume i see

Source Volume Local disk C: 197.72GB New Volume D: Size 357.73GB Used Space 54.89 GB

(Via Explorer) Current size on Local Disk C: is 186GB free of 197GB

Also , where does the Recovery Volume get restored to ? I would have thought C:? Again, i am only getting the one option New Volume D:.

If for test purposes, i select Destination “New Volume D:” for one of my Volumes, the other two lose the option to select anything in Destination Volume field (blank)?

I did a BMR backup and included everything else with it.

    Hi,
    Do you mean when you choose the recovery destination, you can only choose New Volume D and cannot see the Local Disk C option? If there is any misunderstanding, please feel free to let me know.
    I did a test in my lab:
    I choose the BMR backup in windows server backup:

    Please tell me what is your backup destination? I choose a new volume E in my test.

    And then I choose to recover files and folders.

    In the recovery destination, I choose another location and I can see both local disk C and new volume E:

    I am using windows 2012 R2 and i selected the below for backup

    Also, Does the Recovery Volume get installed in C?

    Hi,
    My test result is the same as yours.
    Here is my test:
    When I backup to volume F, I can only see volume E in the recovery destination volume.
    And I can only choose volume E for one source volume to recover at a time.
    As the third picture states, the data on the volume that recovering to will be lost, so it seems I can only recover one volume to E.
    If you have more than two new volumes, you can try to test again.
